Westlake’s HAPPY Program is Finally Making Headway
The Housing Assistance Purchasing Program Yearly (HAPPY) collects a little bit of money from each and every home sale which go into the HAPPY fund. These funds are then used to boost up working families to make it easier and/or feasible to buy homes in Westlake.
