Westlake Residential Rundown 2025

Westlake Residential Rundown 2025

Westlake’s rooftops must have increased by at least 30% in 2025. I’d put money on it.

The townhomes definitely helped. Have you seen those waterfront/fitness trail townhomes in the Terraces by the way? Whoever scored those homes won BIG time. Who arst thou?

Not to panic anyone, but space for single family homes is closing in… Minto has just opened the Oaks for sale (see below). Then there’s only GL Homes’ Silverlake community and one more Minto community expected.

The rest of the residential after that will most likely be more townhomes and cottage homes (see item 3 here).

Minto has just opened Phase I of their Oaks community which will include 266 single-family homesites with prices starting in the mid $400s (plus lot costs!).

The Oaks will have the original Westlake Cypress (50′ lots) and Indigo model (65′ lots) homes available with the original elevation styles and, excitingly, two new elevation styles: Contemporary and Modern Farmhouse.

If I had to do it over again I'd get my Sandhill in this new Contemporary elevation D. In yellow! (Look at those doors!)

I suggest calling your friendly, neighborhood real estate agent. But you can also visit WestlakeFL.com or just show up to the Minto sales center at Seminole Pratt Whitney and Town Center Pkwy N for more info.

Cresswind, Westlake’s only 55+ community, still has sites/homes available. As do Minto’s Pines (SFH) and Terraces (townhomes), too.

Get it while the gettin’s good!
