Two things stuck out to me:
1) There’s an application for a doggie daycare at James Business Park (Xcel Padel, Hew Fitness, Orange with 3 Blossoms, etc.). My dogs are pretty spoiled, but they love hanging out with a pack of fellow canines which they don’t have much opportunity to do. So this would be a game changer.
2) Apartments, 360 of them to be exact, will be presented at the August 4th City Council meeting! (See item 3 HERE for more details.)
