I have no idea if this would or could combine with Westlake’s HAPPY Program or Minto’s Welcome Heroes Program. But PBC’s matching grant program is worth looking into when weighing your options. “Scrappy” is the key word when it comes to first time homebuyers nowadays. Don’t be afraid to be rejected or turned down. There’s that phrase: the worst they can say is “no”. “NO” doesn’t go on any record.
