First, the most imminent arrivals:
1) GROVE MARKET (see below), AKA Aldi Plaza, has DOLLAR TREE‘s Grand Opening happening this Thursday August 6th at 8AM! And don’t forget that slice of a suite still available on the immediate right side of Aldi.
Chase Bank is finally on its way! And I think a Wanderer Investigative Report #2 might be in order for this very mysterious corner parcel. Unless “you” know what’s going in there??? Anybody?
2) WESTLAKE PALMS (see below) has JUNIOR’S BARBERSHOP open. And it’s expecting a GOODWILL DROP-OFF, WESTLAKE EYE CARE, a PEDIATRIC DENTIST and ELLA CAFE.
3) PUBLIX PLAZA (see below) has Cold Stone Creamery expected by the end of the year. We’ve also got Mavis Tires & Brakes (see item 3 HERE) going vertical fast! Outparcel B, I have a sneaking suspicion might be some kind of fast food restaurant.
Now for what’s coming, but with a little longer timeline:
This is not your average Lowe’s! It’s a regional flagship store! And Walmart promises it is not your average Walmart!
What am I missing? I’m missing something…! Oh, possibly a doggie daycare in James Business Park, behind Publix!
