Westlake Palms is Fully Leased!

Westlake Palms is this beautiful airport-looking building situated between Orangetheory Fitness and Tractor Supply Co. And it’s fully leased!

Goodwill Donation Drop-off has two 5 Minute Parking spots in front of it. Someone was thinking ahead!

Westlake Palms will have:

1) a Goodwill donations drop-off center;

2) Westlake Eye Care (expected August);

3) Junior’s Barber Shop (OPEN!);

4) Ella Cafe…

5) and last but not least: A pediatric dentist!

My memory might be tricking me, but I *thought* the roadside sidewalk was supposed to be multi-modal width and that a ramp was supposed to lead directly to the golf cart parking spot. I’ll ask at the Aug. 4th SID/City meeting.
