- 9-1030AM Westlake Elementary Groundbreaking! At the corner of Persimmon Blvd and Green Ln. expect to find newly appointed Principal Darline Weitman Winewski along with Fire Engine 22 (always fun!). And a bevy of other important people with shovels!
