While Westlake might be full-up of grocery stores between Publix, Aldi and Walmart, maybe there’s still room at Avenir (besides their Publix and Aldi)? There’s definitely potential at Artistry Lakes coming next to Arden. Or heck, maybe there’s still room in Westlake!
