CWC SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS 2026

Scholarship Awardees Keiren Jose Felix Navely (center left) and Druann Clarke (center right) with CWC Scholarship Committee members (L to R): Coco Forlizzi, Marie Ange Johnson, Esther Diaz, Anita Kaplan, Debbie Schlau, Barbara Jette, Bunnye Bomar, and Lu-Anne Farina

What an exciting day for two Seminole Ridge Community High School students.   On Thursday, May 21st, not only did Druann Clarke (also SRHS’s 2026 Prom Queen!) and Keiren Jose Felix Navely “walk” at their afternoon high school graduation ceremony, but they also attended the Cresswind Women’s Club evening meeting where they were presented with a monetary scholarship award and certificate of academic achievement.

CWC’s Scholarship Committee chose these two students as the winners from multiple applications received.  Our Women’s Club is very proud to have awarded scholarships for three consecutive years! This is part of our Mission Statement to support our community. Druann will attend University of South FL (Tampa) and pursue Pediatric Medicine.  Keiren will attend Palm Beach Atlantic University and will also pursue Pediatric Medicine.

The students were proudly accompanied by their families for this momentous day. Looks like Florida’s children will be in excellent medical hands in the future. Congratulations to all and best wishes for a bright future ladies!

BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY’S MEMBER APPRECIATION

Cresswind Women’s Club recently enjoyed a fabulous Member Appreciation event held on Saturday, May 9th.

Eighty members of the Cresswind Women’s Club gathered in our community clubhouse to enjoy a Breakfast at Tiffany’s  themed morning, complete with a catered breakfast and a super fun fashion show.

The tables were beautifully decorated in coordinating colors to match the theme and an abundance of authentic Tiffany items, generously offered by one of our own members, added the finishing touches.

A delicious spread of food was provided by “Catering by Donna” of Wellington, and custom-made desserts were baked by “So Delish“, owned by one of our Cresswind residents.

Two clothing retailers partnered with CWC to produce an elegant fashion show.  Twelve ladies from our club rocked the runway as models with stylish outfits from Chico’s at the Mall at Wellington Green and Style Encore, an upscale resale store in Palm Beach Gardens.  Our ladies showed up dressed for the occasion in true Tiffany style and grace.

All indications are that “a good time was had by all!”
